As far as tracks go everyone loves to get some feedback on their creations. Many people who upload loops and acapellas love to hear how their sounds have been used. This could of been your welcome back thread, oh well. Posting comments on loops, acapellas or member tracks is a great way to give them feedback or to let them know who you made use of their loops etc. The most ironic thing here is you posted no loops yourself DJMiasmic but remain highly critical of loop producers. Rather, you should step up to plate and lead by example because your attitude comes off as someone with a superiority complex and attention grabbing. It's kind of sad to broad stroke so many with a Casio comparison. Loops are longer, Tracks are longer and there are more artists from different genres whom have made this place a better place. Many newbs might not be at your level yet DJMiasmic. So what look likes a loops life story is a process of me sharing info for experienced producers and newbs alike. Click on that and browse through the files on your computer till you find the file that you want to upload. You should see the browse box under the space where your avatar will appear. and you click on the EDIT profile tab.make sure you click that one and not delete profile by mistake.lol. It's kind of odd how you can speak for everyone on this. Well you start off by going to the my account tab. Many times I get tons of emails from newbs about my methods. I output most of the time at 48khz/24-bit. I use wavetables at some of the highest specs available. Unknown User : Fri 15th Feb 2013 : 10 years agoįor me I try to hold the line both in high quality and quantity. I am well aware that this is not a professional loop site but compared to past years, the quality of material offered has really suffered. Sadly I fear they are few and far between and diluted by all the crap that has found it's way onto this site. ![]() ![]() Can we keep it simple and down to the pertinent info? Do we really need a novel to describe each and every loop? Granted there are a ton of great artist on this site with some exceptional material that producers such as myself love the challenge of utilizing. of course, if you're posting multiple loops at once this description is transferred to all of them making a single page only display two or three loops. I don't feel anybody needs to know the history of your loop or how long it took you to make it etc. To make matters worse (if possible) these loops are followed by paragraph after paragraph of loop description. Page after page of something that sounds like a two year old who got a hold of his dad's retro Casio. Now granted I understand that there are a lot of folks out there just learning the ins and outs but it seems like these are the primary people who post a multitude of loops. I've been a Looperman fan for years and recently I've noticed that things aren't the way they use to be.and not in a good way. DJMiasmic : Mon 11th Feb 2013 : 10 years ago
